From our home-made Käsespätzle (cheesy noodles) to different types of Flammkuchen savoury tarts, there’s something for everyone.
Of course, we also offer seasonal dishes such as asparagus or game and we make every effort to obtain ingredients from local producers so we can offer you the best-possible quality at fair prices.
When the weather is good, our outside terrace on the Marktplatz is a wonderful place to sit back, drink a good wine, enjoy a meal and watch the people as they go past.
Our wines come from Schriesheim Winzergenossenschaft, just a few kilometres north of Heidelberg – with less than 400 ha vineyards, the “Badische Bergstraße” is the smallest area in Baden’s wine-growing region. They don’t produce mass quantities and their wine is top class as a result. The wines that are created here are as diverse as the landscape. It’s worth getting to know both at once.
